Our Team
Costimator is built by a passionate team of civil engineers, consultants, and software developers, all united by one mission — to simplify and modernize estimation for engineers across India.
The platform is led by Er. Kushal Singh, an Indian Engineering Services (IES) officer with over a decade of experience at CPWD (Central Public Works Department). With firsthand knowledge of the challenges engineers face on the ground, he brings both domain expertise and a deep understanding of the DSR and DAR frameworks.
Our engineering team works closely with field consultants and technical experts to ensure Costimator reflects real project conditions. Regular consultations with engineers within CPWD help us stay aligned with the latest updates and structural changes in the DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates) and DAR (Data Analysis of Rates) — the gold-standard references for estimation by state infrastructure departments, PSUs, urban development bodies, educational institutions, and major government and private engineering organizations across India.
On the tech side, our in-house software development and support team ensures the platform is fast, reliable, and continuously evolving — so engineers get nothing but the best, every time they log in.
